Delivery Options
If your order value is Rs. 1500 or above, you can enjoy free delivery. However, if your order value is below Rs. 1500, a delivery charge of Rs. 80 will be applicable for delivery within Tamil Nadu. For delivery outside Tamil Nadu, the shipping charges may vary.

Return and Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns:
Customers can return purchased goods within a specified time frame (e.g., 15 days) from the date of delivery.
Items eligible for return must be in their package with original condition and unused.
2. Video Proof of Unboxing:
To process a return, customers must submit a continuous video of the unboxing process. The video should clearly show the product’s condition upon arrival, including any defects or damages.
3. Damaged Items:
If the product is damaged during shipping or has manufacturing defects, customers are eligible for a refund or replacement. The video evidence will help verify the claim and expedite the resolution process.
4. Return Process:
Customers should contact us via phone to initiate the return process. We will provide instructions on returning the item and where to send it.
5. Refund Options:
Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, based on available options as per customer preference.
6. Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged/wrong item shipped).
